  • Can I cancel my order? There’s No Cancellations 
  • PLEASE BE ADVISED THAT DELAYS CAN HAPPEN WHICH IS BEYOND OUR CONTROL. UNDER CERTAIN CIRCUMSTANCES SHIPPING CAN TAKE 5-10 BUSINESS DAYS. WE CANNOT CHANGE ANY ADDRESSES. BE SURE TO CHECK YOUR ADDRESS BEFORE CONFIRMING THE ORDER. 

Do you allow returns?

  • NO, due to the nature of each product there are no returns; if there is any type of issue with your order please email us pictures asap!
What if my package get sent back due to insufficient address?
  • If your package get sent back due to insufficient address, you’ll have to pay for shipping again due to customer error.

    What are your processing times?

    • DUE TO HIGH DEMAND AND ALL ORDERS BEING HANDMADE, YOUR ORDER WILL SHIP IN 7-14 BUSINESS DAYS AFTER PROCESSING TIME :)
    • MY SHIPPING RATES ARE BASED OFF USPS SHIPPING RATES. ( PRIORITY MAIL) YOU DIDNT PAY EXTRA FOR SHIPPING. 
    • • All my products are handmade to order. There is a mandatory 5-7 days processing period. Once your processing period clears, your business days begin. Once we ship your order, you will immediately receive a tracking number to the email you provided us with on the 4/5 business day. Once you receive your tracking number, give it a few hours to update into the USPS system. Shipping takes an additional 1-3 business days. Business days do not include weekends or holidays. Expedited shipping is not available for these items.

    What if my item gets LOST OR STOLEN? 
    • For if ANY reason your package does not make it or is stolen/ lost in U.S mail Ne2NaturalCosmetics  is not responsible. Once a package shows that it has been scanned into the USPS system, they are responsible for your package. If you do not receive your merchandise or miss the delivery please contact USPS.COM or visit your local post office and provide them with the tracking number that was provided to you and they will further assist you in retrieving your merchandise or filing a claim. All orders include $100.00 insurance at no additional cost. Note: You may file a claim within 60 days of the date your order was shipped (refer to your shipping confirmation email and packing slip).     PRODUCT TEMPERATURE

    • To maintain the integrity of the all natural ingredients in my products, they are made preservative and emulsifier-free. This means your product can melt/solidify if left in hot or cold climate. 

    HELP! My body butter is melted/frozen. 

    • Not to worry! If your product freezes or melts it doesn’t change the quality, just the texture. Frozen products will thaw out, and soften over time. Melted products will need to be stored in the freezer/fridge for up to an hour or so (checking periodically because we want it to solidify a little but not freeze completely)

     

    What if I had an allergic reaction to your product?

    • We recommend discontinue use immediately and contact your physician. They can provide you details on what ingredient you may have had a reaction to.
